About us:

Thank you for visiting 1 Blessed Baker! My name is Miriam and here is my family. Some fun facts about me: I am the third oldest of 10 children, I played Division I softball in college, and I have 3 college degrees! Surprisingly, none of them are in baking.

I was a teacher for 10 years, became a nurse in 2021, and I am now a nursing educator for a local university. I started baking cookies in 2018 for donations to fund mission trips, and now my passion has turned into another source of income for my family.

Some other passions of mine include reading and working out.
